INTEGRATED COMMUNICATION SKILLS

This course provides comprehensive training in integrated communication skills for professionals. It is designed for managers, team leaders, and professionals who need to communicate effectively across different channels and audiences. The program covers key topics such as verbal and written communication, presentation skills, active listening, and cross-cultural communication. Participants will learn how to communicate clearly, persuasively, and appropriately in a variety of professional contexts. The program is aligned with STCW Convention, ISM Code, ISPS Code, SOLAS, MLC 2006 and IMO SMCP requirements, and their application to integrated communication skills is examined throughout.
